T\u00fcrkiye genelinde canl\u0131 ve kadavradan ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen t\u00fcm (b\u00f6brek, karaci\u011fer, kalp, akci\u011fer, pankreas ve ince barsak)organ nakilleri ile organ bekleyen hasta bilgilerini i\u00e7eren yeni Ulusal Organ Nakli Bilgi Sistemi olu\u015fturuldu. Bu sistemi \u00f6ncelikle organ nakil merkezleri, b\u00f6lge koordinasyon merkezleri (BKM) ve UKM takip etmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Organ nakli, yerine koyma tedavileri i\u00e7inde en yararl\u0131s\u0131 ve baz\u0131 organlar i\u00e7in tek tedavi bi\u00e7imidir. Baz\u0131 kronik karaci\u011fer ve kalp rahats\u0131zl\u0131klar\u0131nda ise durum y\u0131prat\u0131c\u0131 olup, diyaliz gibi yard\u0131mc\u0131 tedavileri olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u00e7in hastalar organ bulamad\u0131klar\u0131 takdirde hayatlar\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131sa surede kaybetmektedir. \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Ankara, Adana, Antalya, Samsun, Diyarbak\u0131r, Erzurum ve Bursa illerinde olmak \u00fczere 9 B\u00f6lge Koordinasyon Merkezi ba\u011fl\u0131 olduklar\u0131 Ulusal Organ ve Doku Nakli Koordinasyon Merkezi ile kadavradan organ da\u011f\u0131t\u0131m\u0131nda ba\u011flant\u0131l\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Kadavradan temin edilen organlar\u0131n nakledilece\u011fi hastalara ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131nda Sa\u011fl\u0131k Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019n\u0131n ambulans u\u00e7aklar\u0131 kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. 59 hastanede B\u00f6brek Nakli Merkezi, 34 hastanede Karaci\u011fer Nakli Merkezi, 16 hastanede ise Kalp-Akci\u011fer Nakli Merkezini ruhsatland\u0131r\u0131larak hizmete girmi\u015ftir. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda Akdeniz \u00dcniversite\u2019sinde yap\u0131lan ilk kol ve y\u00fcz nakli \u00fclkemizin t\u0131p alan\u0131nda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 yolun somut bir kan\u0131t\u0131 olmu\u015ftur.
